I ordered 50 pieces with 10 different colors. when the order arrived I only got 5 colors. when I told the supplier they offered me $5 back. that doesn't fix the fact half my order was incorrect and when I wanted a larger refund due to half my order being wrong they wouldn't budge and said they would only give me $5..Alibaba gave me a better refund then the supplier. very disappointed. seems that as long as they have your money they don't care what happens after that.
